How to Stuff a Wild Zucchini

by Heather Horrocks

Overall Book Review:

Heather Horrock’s book, How to Stuff a Wild Zucchini, is a light-hearted LDS romance novel sure to bring a smile to your face. If you appreciate a good romance, I would recommend you pick this one up.  There are sizzling sparks from the beginning when Lori lights her landlord’s brand new grill on fire and has to call the local fire department, where John Wayne Walker just so happens to be on duty. Lori’s red-hot anger at her father prevents her from trusting John completely, but her newfound faith might dull the flame enough that she can love. This is a story of finding hope, faith, and love in the middle of a zucchini patch with someone you care about.  It just goes to show love can be found in unlikely places.

About the Reviewer

Take me to a book store and it will be at least an hour before you can pry me from the shelves, never leaving empty handed. I have had my own bookcases (that’s right, plural) collecting my favorites since I was little. I like reading not only for the storyline, but also to see the author’s creativity and the way their personality comes through in their writing.
