Overall Book Review:

This retelling of the classic story of The Jungle Book is sweet, simple and sure to please young readers. The vocabulary and culture are rich.  However, it is lacking in pictures and resources to define the new words that young readers are sure to encounter in this book. Overall, The Jungle Book is a wonderful book to add to your family’s collection of children’s classics!
