Phyllis Edgerly Ring writes about a beautiful part of the United States in Snow Fence Road.  The story feels something one would want to read on a rainy or snowy afternoon, cuddled in a blanket.  Both of the main characters, Tess and Evan, are quite likeable.  Readers want these two to overcome their challenges and fall in love.

Readers expecting some romance with a hint of mystery and characters with painful pasts will not be disappointed.  The narrative flows fairly nicely and the author does not waste superfluous words attempting to lengthen the story.  The ending was a bit of disappointment for this reviewer, but most readers will be satisfied that it ends well and most loose ends are tied up.
