Ice Station Zebra

by Alistair MacLean

Overall Book Review:

Hold onto the edge of your seats:  readers are in for a wild ride.  The first few pages of Ice Station Zebra slowly introduce a few intrigues and seem to set the tone for a nice and easy paced read.  Don’t be fooled.  This book has all the makings of a great action story:  mystery, suspense, and intense scenes with potentially fatal consequences.  Ride along in a submarine under the ice, participate in an arctic land rescue and unmask a murderer.  This only scratches the surface of the surprises awaiting those who devour this story.  Be prepared to ignore other duties in order to join the characters on an emotionally potent roller coaster.
