Once again, the authors, Dr. Kate Biberdorf with Hillary Homzie, combine two great subjects: science and escape rooms. Kids who love either or both will absolutely love the creativity of this story and how they brought them together. Main character, Kate is a science enthusiast who shows her competitive side this time around. Due to this, she finds herself as well as some friends (and an enemy or two) in trouble. As they are put in a new situation, we get to see if the young characters will learn to work together and forgive each other. In addition to being entertaining things get suspenseful and we learn more science vocab along the way.
