Publisher's Note:

Will Ida Mae survive her own wedding?

When charming, and mostly bald, widower George Gilmore asked Ida Mae Babbitt to marry him, she was surprised and delighted. But now he has made another proposal,to hold the wedding in two weeks, while all his children are in town. Flustered but sure she can handle it with the help of her friends, Ida Mae agrees.

The plan doesn't go over so well with George's family, however, and Ida Mae finds herself the victim of a plot to stop the wedding. At first the incidents seem like harmless pranks, but they escalate until Ida Mae finds herself in real danger, and in real pain. Bells are ringing, but are they wedding bells or death knells?

Overall Review:

Till Death Do Us Part is a lovely mystery novel surrounding an elderly bride and the children of the groom--who would like to see the bride disappear. Although it was not incredibly suspenseful, it had enough mystery to make the reader want to continue turning the page. This novel is the last in the series A Secret Sisters Mystery, and I think it would have been much easier to understand if I had read the books preceding it. There were many characters to keep track of, but I don't think it would have been as overwhelming had I started at the beginning of the series. That being said, I did enjoy getting to know the characters and seeing the mystery unravel before my eyes. My favorite character was Ren, who seemed concerned with the safety of everyone involved and offered a hint of romance to the younger crowd.  Till Death Do Us Part is recommended to someone looking for a read that isn't too intense, but has an air of mystery and a little bit of romance.
