With exercises and assignments at the end of each chapter, Vanderkam provides customizable plans to assist readers in becoming more efficient. Vanderkam maintains an impersonal tone throughout the book and offers some strategies that might not be plausible for the average reader (like employing a personal organizer and personal shopper) yet 168 Hours is informative, helpful and worth a look.
